Starting in January 2025, the quarterly reports present progress against:
- The goals in the National Syphilis Response Plan 2023 to 2025
- the indicators in the National syphilis surveillance and monitoring plan 2025.
From 2021 to the end of 2024, quarterly reports presented progress against indicators and targets outlined in the National syphilis surveillance and monitoring plan 2021, which underpinned the National strategic approach for responding to rising rates of syphilis 2021. The strategic approach has now been superseded by the National Syphilis Response Plan 2023 to 2025.
